Your tasks
- Provide research & intelligence, industry and company analysis
- Preparation of transaction-related documents, pitch presentations and offers
- Performing Valuations, Business and Financial Modelling
- Support in current M&A, Financing, Due Diligence and Valuation engagements
- Performing Financial Due Diligences (buy- and sell-side)
- Assistance in transaction processes management
Your profile
- You have a strong interest in Mergers & Acquisitions topics and a high technical affinity/ strong interest in technological innovation
- Initial professional working experience gathered in audit and advisory firms, investment banking, M&A boutiques or related consulting firms
- About to or recently graduated with a Masters degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration or related
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to use financial databases, research tools and new analytical tools
- Fluency in German and English is a must , any additional language is an asset
