Your tasks

• Provide research & intelligence, industry and company analysis
• Preparation of transaction-related documents, pitch presentations and offers
• Performing Valuations, Business and Financial Modelling
• Support in current M&A, Financing, Due Diligence and Valuation engagements
• Performing Financial Due Diligences (buy- and sell-side)
• Assistance in transaction processes management

Your profile

• You have a strong interest in Mergers & Acquisitions topics and a high technical affinity/ strong interest in technological innovation
• Initial professional working experience gathered in audit and advisory firms, investment banking, M&A boutiques or related consulting firms
• About to or recently graduated with a Masters degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration or related
• Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to use financial databases, research tools and new analytical tools
• Fluency in German and English is a must , any additional language is an asset
